Before moving into boutique consulting, Alina spent nearly 13 years driving change management projects, supporting corporate strategy and leading business development initiatives at OMV Petrom. Acting as an M&A Project Manager, she commanded the PMO and financials for a massive $1B M&A transaction. Her operational rigor extends beyond deal-making; she previously led an organizational transformation that successfully reduced production costs by 20% across a EUR300M portfolio.
