This document outlines the principles and expectations for collaborating with A1 Slides. We partner with a select group of industry experts, thought leaders, and content distributors who share our commitment to quality and our focus on serving the enterprise market.

We achieve this by creating content that is as professional, insightful, and valuable as the services we deliver to our clients. To maintain this standard, we have established the following guidelines for all potential content partners.

Before considering a partnership, please ensure your approach aligns with our core principles:

  • Solution-Oriented & Value-Focused: All content must address the pain points of time-poor, results-driven executives and connect to tangible business outcomes. We always lead with the answer and focus on benefits, not just features.
  • Professional & Polished: Every asset reflects our brand. We expect flawless execution, from error-free writing to high-quality production. Sloppiness undermines credibility.
  • Client-Centric & Researched: We demonstrate a deep understanding of our clients’ specific, high-stakes challenges. Generic, “one-size-fits-all” content is not a fit for our brand.

We are looking to build relationships with partners who have a demonstrable and engaged audience of:

Please Note: We do not partner with influencers or distributors whose primary audience consists of freelancers, SMBs, startups, or micro-businesses. Our content and services are specifically tailored for the enterprise level, and our partnerships must reflect that focus.

Collaboration Opportunities & Expectations

We offer three primary avenues for collaboration.

1. Amplifying A1 Slides' Flagship Content

  • What You Will Share: Our gated, high-value assets, such as annual research reports, in-depth white papers, and executive briefings.
  • Our Expectation:
    • We require more than a simple link drop. Your share must include your own expert commentary, adding a unique perspective that explains why the content is critical for your specific audience.
    • The goal is to drive qualified leads and start meaningful conversations, not just generate clicks. You must frame the content’s value in a way that resonates with senior leaders.

2. Sharing A1 Slides Milestones & News

  • What You Will Share: Significant company news, major project announcements, awards, and recognitions.
  • Our Expectation:
    • Announcements should be framed within a larger narrative of expertise and success.
    • Connect the milestone to the tangible value we deliver. For example, instead of just announcing an award, explain how the award-winning work solved a critical client challenge, reinforcing our position as a leader.

3. Representing A1 Slides (Guest Writing & Community Engagement)

This is our deepest level of partnership and is reserved for established experts.

  • What You Will Do: Author guest articles for respected industry publications, or provide expert commentary on forums (e.g., specific subreddits) and communities where our target personas seek advice.
  • Our Expectation:
    • You must fully internalize and write in the A1 Slides voice: professional, clear, authoritative, and client-centric.
    • All content must follow our narrative structure, leading with the “Answer First” (Pyramid Principle) and telling a clear story (Situation, Complication, Resolution).
    • Every significant claim must be supported by credible data, and sources must be cited.
    • You will be expected to adhere to our approved keyword strategy, focusing on high-intent, long-tail phrases relevant to the enterprise.

“Every piece of content, from a blog post to a major report, must build trust and demonstrate our deep, vertical-specific expertise.”

Non-Negotiable Standards (What We Avoid)

To protect our brand’s integrity and ensure we provide genuine value, we will not engage in the following:

  • Pay-for-Play Endorsements: All shared content must be based on a genuine belief in its value.
  • Misaligned Audiences: We will not approve collaborations targeting non-enterprise audiences.
  • Unprofessional Content: Any content that includes casual slang, jargon, grammatical errors, or low-quality visuals will be rejected.
  • Unsupported Claims: We do not publish or endorse vague, speculative language or opinions stated without evidence.
  • Forbidden Language: We maintain a list of overused marketing words to avoid; for example, the word “unleash” is strictly forbidden.

How to Propose a Partnership

If you have a proven track record of creating value for an enterprise audience and believe your expertise aligns with our brand, we invite you to connect with us.

  1. Audience Demographics: Verifiable data on your audience (e.g., LinkedIn analytics showing job titles, industries, company sizes).

  3. Strategic Rationale: A brief (1-2 paragraph) explanation of why you believe a partnership with A1 Slides is a strong strategic fit for both of us.
